Image Rights and Model Releases

JarinV Studios retains full copyright ownership of all captured images regardless of the session type or client agreement, unless ownership is explicitly transferred by written agreement.
By participating in a session and signing a model release, you grant JarinV Studios the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your likeness in portfolio, marketing, editorial, and promotional materials. The scope of this grant may be limited by the specific terms of a signed restricted-use or confidentiality agreement.
Sessions involving minors require a parent or legal guardian to execute the model release. Use of a minor's likeness will not exceed the scope of the signed release.
Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
